Raised on a farm, tattooing in the city
Tia Berry was born and raised in Vancouver, growing up on a farm surrounded by animals. That connection to animals and nature runs through her work: bold colour, clean linework and neo-traditional flowers, crystals and creatures.
She studied at Emily Carr University, began her apprenticeship in January 2020 and has tattooed professionally since January 2021. Today she co-owns Blume Berry 22, a private, appointment-only studio in Vancouver, and travels for guest spots and conventions.
She also shares station setups and studio life with her community on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.
Station sounds
Tia's station setup videos have been watched more than 30 million times on YouTube alone: pink machine, heart trays, every cap and cup clicking into place. Tap a video to watch it here.
